Crazy Arcade is a free Korean online video game developed by Nexon. Great game where instead of bombs, you play with water balloons. Game features very cool themes and levels too. Use your arrow keys to move, space key to plant the water balloons, and 1, 2, 3 keys to use various items. Version 1.05 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
