The world’s smallest man, He Pingping, and the woman with the longest legs in the world, Svetlana Pankratova, both celebrate the launch of the 2009 edition of the Guiness World Records in Trafalgar Square, London.
Pingping is just 2ft 5in high, from China, has been officially named the smallest man in the world. and Svetlana Pankratova, owns the longest legs in the world, which stretch to 132cm.
